Between January and April, draft prospects have an opportunity to enhance their stock. A number of them have capitalized. Here are some of the "late risers" in the draft process, according to NFL executives.

Branden Albert, Virginia OL: Originally perceived as a guard, this junior now is thought to be capable of playing left tackle in the NFL based on his workouts. He has gone from a late first-round pick to a player who could be chosen as high as fifth overall. Albert is expected to be the second offensive lineman taken.

Duane Brown, Virginia Tech OT: He performed well in at the East-West Shrine Game, and then followed that up with solid workouts at the combine and at his pro day. Brown has gone from a fourth-round pick to a second-rounder.

Justin King, Penn State CB: Another corner who moved up to the second round from the fourth, King ran a 4.35 40-yard dash at the combine and had a vertical jump of 371/2 inches at Penn State's pro day.
