Eagles needed a LT and they spent a lot here to get a guy they feel will solve that need. I honestly think the Titans win because I'm not that high on Roos, but it's a close trade nonetheless. That's a lot of picks moving away from Gish... wondering how much input fellow COGM AnalGap had in this... perhaps discord on the way. And with the Broncos GM chair open... could one of them be headed to Denver?

now that this is official... I always like to break trades down by draft pick value... Smith maybe worth a fourth rounder Roth I would say worth a third or fourth and a 2nd and a 6th. Williams, former first round pick, hasn't lived up to expectations, injured etc... still, would say he's worth a 2nd easily... Briggs... hmm.. maybe worth a third Afalava? late pick... and then the fifth so a 2, 3, 4 and 6 for a 2, 3, 5 and 6... yeah fairly even IMO
I do think its a pretty even trade, but I also think you are GREATLY undervalueing both Briggs and Smith.
Like this kid...once he got into the starting lineup he never looked back, he will start at SS for me. I also think Chris Williams will be very effective moving to the RT position.....Briggs is still close to one of the best at his position I think... Honestly Iam very happy with this trade although I wont say I won it hands down.
well considering that I was 6 mil OVER when I took the team over...I have done a decent job opening up the 12.
Yeah, dont know that was a wise move. He's still gonna end up costing as much. Could've should've traded him at least.
