One of the rare cereals that only exists in store brand, generic form. It's amazing. All the flavor of CTC with blueberry. For those of you who don't live near a Wegmans, I apologize for teasing you with this cereal treat.

While I hate to rain on your parade RR, I just bought and tried CTC (because of this thread). And, I have to tell you...I wasn't all that impressed. Don't get me wrong, it's OK. But, thread worthy? I don't know bro.

Personally, I prefer either cinnamon Cheerios or cinnamon Life. But, hey...that's just me. And, like my momma always says...that's why they make chocolate and vanilla. Besides, it got me step outside my box and try something new.

 

I'm a big fan of CTC. Mixed with other cereals or just straight out of the box.

When I was a kid though back in the stone ages this was my ultimate cereal. It was kid crack.

My first choice for best cereal ever is Cookie Crisp. I grew up with that stuff in the mid 80's. It was 1984, I was 12 years old, 'Spiderman and his Amazing Friends' was on Saturday morning cartoons, and I was parked in front of that tv set with a big bowl of Cookie Crisp.

If I had a bomb shelter, there would be walls of that stuff to get me through the nuclear fallout.

I had a little puerto rican girl in my youth that loved this cereal...I think I have grown fond of it simply because of her. The generic is booty though.

 

I just had a big bowl of the Walmart generic CTC.
Not the same...not even close. Don't fall for the generic substitute!

Vegemite has its uses, mostly as a hangover cure on toast with lots of butter.

There is a conspiracy in Australia to try and dupe gullible tourists into drinking vegemite milkshakes which I admit is very funny, but under no sane circumstances would you get an Aussie putting vegemite on their breakfast cereal.
