Actually, a lot of states cut their snow removal budgets to the bone. DE used their entire budget up during the December storm.

It's really snowing down here in GA. Getting deep for here. You guys should have seen Kroger last night. It was a mad house. People down here get so panicked, it's not even funny. I only went because my sister needs help, she's handicapped, or I would have just stayed home. Everything is closing. The grandgirls are having a ball. I went out with them and got killed with snow balls. My son and both girls got me good. We had a lot of fun . But, I think we broke my camera.
