You can share Diplomat points. Whoever started the alliance can put the points into the embassy to be shared.

 

no I think you get three but a colony cost you some.

If you have an embassy, click on it and try searching for the alliance - ThePhins, and then try joining that way. Im thinking maybe the invites just don't work.

 

Buy a cargo ship and you will be able to use it.

I should be starting my colony there in 30 minutes to an hour. I have 11647 gold , 5 ships and 1450 lumber atm.
