Your inbox is full. I've got an idea for Fan Duel. Focus on probabilities. Pick out your 10 or however many favorite lineups and enter them each into a $1 tournament. Now you've got your bench. Then Sunday noon'ish do a search for the least filled tournaments and monitor them. 5 minutes before 1pm kickoff you've got your 10 bench teams ready to immediately enter into the tournaments that offer the best odds. For instance, the probability of winning a standard $2 Featured Tournament is roughly 18%. During week 1 when I made $115 on $15, it was because I dropped the entries I made during the week [from tournaments that were full or nearly full] and re-entered them at the last minute into a $2 tourney that carried a 34.6% win probability b/c it was partially full.
