I'm tired of this franchise feebly attempting to distract from OUR DUMPSTER FIRE PRESENT with the past. Marino, Shula, 1972, The Fake Spike, Stop trotting our all these memories and get some people to make new ones. MY ****ING HIGHLIGHTS AS A FAN INCLUDE A FIRST ROUND HOME DRUBBING BY THE RAVENS AND CLEO LEMON TO GREG CAMMARILLO IN OVERTIME. THAT'S WHAT I HAVE. What the **** is that? Then, this offseason, we hear about Superbowl expectations AND WE WIN FIVE ****ING GAMES. I've never been more disillusioned. And I can feel the meaningless win on Sunday to **** up the draft board, just so you know. Stop wagging the dog with the past and go out and build a ****ing football team that people fear.
They don't have to give up, they could play as hard as their little choo choo engines can possibly bring it and they are going to get smoked by the Pats.... All we need now is Miami to take on Chip Kelly because that's the Miami thing to do, grab another Coach who can relate to the players after they got used by all the other possible candidates as leverage. THAT move is making me drive to Brooklyn grab a pint with my boy Vicenzo and jump off the Verrazzano....
I'm sick and tired of Miami's social media presence as well, as I've openly complained about on this forum for months now. If they keep the bull **** ****ing #strongertogether nonsense next year, I don't think I'll be able to handle it. I've never seen such an awful cliche fluff crap piece of pandering in all my years.
Easy there, Vinny. Step away from the ledge....and btw, I agree with everything you said, except for wanting to lose on Sunday. We ALWAYS want to win!!! Heck with the draft. We'll probably draft a backup long snapper or water boy anyway. Our draft position is meaningless. I want to BEAT THE PATRIOTS ON SUNDAY!!! And so do you.
So criticize people for doing their job marketing the team because the results on the field, in which they have ZERO control over, isn't what you want? Yeah, that seems fair.
I wasn't talking about winning, I was talking about the marketing team. Why should they stop trying to give people positive feelings about their team? How does that make sense?
I saw this **** with the Islanders for 15 years. Ice a crappy team but fill the stands with Legends Nights, Bobblehead Nights and bull**** to mask the suck. It's distraction. I want someone else to go undefeated (not NE) just so we can stop pounding our chests about it.
The success, importance and recognition of a significant FRANCHISE accomplishment regards to the UNDEFEATED Championship season should never be slighted based on the incompetence of the current regime that is running said franchise. We should never confuse the two! Regardless of our level of frustration.
Are you suggesting that starting Joe from Marketing and Stacy from Public Relations in place of Jason Fox and Dallas Thomas wouldn't help the pass protection? Because I don't buy it. Where those two could be helping protect our $96 mil. asset, we have them in cubicles all day sending tweets.
Yes, its a distraction for the fans for how bad our seasons have been. That means the marketing team is doing their jobs. It, however, has no bearing on the product on the field unless you think Dave from marketing, is just the football mind this team needs.... Basically, i'm saying you're being ridiculous.....just in case that was too subtle.
I have the feeling the only way I will see the dolphins in the super bowl is by watching Ace Ventura.
every franchise has gone through this hell. it will get turned around Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk
