So its week 13 and i´m struggling to make the playoffs because i consistently put up the wrong lineup, i´m 6-6 right now and would be 9-3, if i had put in a different QB the last 3 weeks, can you please help me submit the lineup for this week QB Eli Manning vs Jets QB Ryan Tannehill vs Ravens QB Blake Bortles @ Titans RB Todd Gurley vs Cardinals RB Latavius Murray vs Chiefs RB Lamar Miller vs Ravens WR Calvin Johnson vs Packers WR A.J. Green @ Browns WR Odell Beckham Jr vs Jets TE Gary Barnidge vs Bengals TE Julius Thomas @ Titans K Phil Dawson @ Bears K Justin Tucker @ Dolphins D Denver @ Chargers D Lions vs Packers The bolded players are my starters right now, you can start : 1 QB 1-3 RB, WR 2-2 RB, WR 3-1 RB,WR 1 TE 1 K 1 Defense Thanks for the help, i need it, this would be such a disaster if i miss the PO´s with this Roster....2 more weeks
I'd go Eli over Tannehill....it's just really hard to trust any Dolphins not named Landry this year. Miller or Gurley could be a coin flip. I tend to agree that Miami will want to come out and run the ball but we don't know if that means a ton of Jay Ajayi. ID think long and hard about Gurley but the fact he's playing the cards is a big deterrent plus his qb play is beyond atrocious.
Hard choices. The only thing that I would change is to start Barnidge I think. Gurley over Miller? maybe. With all this talk from campbell I would be surprised if Miller doesn't get a boat load of carries. But Gurley torched Arizona for like 160 last time they played.
but the Giants now have no offensive line which makes for a terrible matchup against the Jets stout disruptive defensive front and blitzing packages. I could see a lot of 3rd & longs and stalled drives similar to what Miami endured during our final game last year. Zona's d-line is depleted, and I'd want to see what Miami's offense does under Zac Taylor before fully entrusting Miller who will be sharing time with Ajayi who's nipping on his heels. So I'd go with Gurley. Take the guy you know will get the touches. Ravens-Dolphins might be a low scoring affair so I don't know how much I'd trust Tannehill during Zac Taylor's inaugural week if it's not a blowout that gifts him garbage time points. Titans have been tough against the run so perhaps Bortles throws it a bunch. If Alex goes with Julius Thomas, might as well double-down with Blake.
The giants are likely to be getting their center Weston Richburg back. Also Eli has had a mediocre OL all year and he's still got 23 and 9 and a top 5 fantasy qb ranking in most formats. I would trust him far more then Tannehill or Bortles.
Barnidge is garbage when McCown is not playing, Manziel and Davis just don´t look for him and Thomas is coming along, the thing with Gurley is, there is nothing besides him on that offense, maybe Tavon Austin but he also suffers from bad QB play and this is what is Gurley is suffering from the last few weeks, running into a brick wall because no defense respects their passing game, when Revis is out again, i might switch to Manning again but the Ravens secondary is not very good so i went with Tannehill for now, i will probably change that lineup 10 more times until sunday....thanks guys for your input
i have Miller in there at the moment because at least he will catch some balls, the thing with the Rams Cardinals game is that this game might be over quick, just like the bengals game last week and Gurley for some reason isn´t in there when it comes to garbage receiving time, maybe they don´t want to get him injured i don´t know
