Today is the eve of St. Crispin's Day. 600 years ago upon the morrow, was fought the Battle of Agincourt. It is one of the greatest battles of British History and indeed one of the greatest victories by a much smaller force over a larger one. Indeed October 25th also marks the anniversary of the Battles of Balaclava Heights (Charge of the Light Brigade, 1854) and the Battle of Leyte Gulf, specifically the Battle off Samar (1944).

In that honor, let me present the greatest "Pre-Game" speech in the English Language courtesy of William Shakespeare and Kenneth Branagh.

This brings to mind several other speeches that "get the blood up" to stir men's souls
