it is amazing how well our players do when they play for other coaches. another player we gave up on too soon. sure wish they had traded mccain instead

 

You have elite talent on the defense, and you want to oversimplify the defense? You don't want to try and confuse the qb? Your players don't respect you.

IN what world do those philosophies keep any DC employed?

The fact that Philbin refuses to acknowledge these harsh realities. I wonder if this guy has ever fired anyone. Was close to losing his job for not wanting sherman to go lol.

 

This coaching staff doesn't have anything left to prove...they've proven themselves in spades.

 

Ok so maybe the coaching staff is below average, but it seems to me that the players are acting like spoiled kids who don't get their way. So what happens if a new coaching staff comes in & they're still terrible?

 

It happens all the time. Players leave the Dolphins and they play much better. Its been going on for years and years.
