Treyarch's Call of Duty games are the only of the series I even consider. Loved Black Ops I & II. At least the multiplayer anyway. Really hoping there are no "exo suits" in this one. But based on 2nd video, I'm thinking that's a pipe dream. If Black Ops III doesn't deliver the goods, I'll be officially retired from Call of Duty. So this takes place 50 years in the future? Because I don't see the appeal of a series predicated on Cold War subterfuge suddenly jumping ahead to a war over limb replacement.
Not liking the sounds of this. I guess I'm just old fashion, but I don't like the superhuman movements in shooters. I'll give this game a chance though, if for nothing else than zombies.
ughhhhhhh Always say I am never getting this again, thennnnnnnnn I get it when it is 19 bucks at GS....
Yeah same here, except for the Black Ops games. The multiplayer for Black Ops I and II were some of the best multiplayer experiences I've had, and I can't even begin to estimate how many hours I spent playing zombies in Black Ops I with friends. So even though I've successfully sworn off all versions of CoD except Treyarch's I'm still hooked on Black Ops. It will be interesting to see if III delivers. Eventually I'll probably swear off it altogether just like Madden.
I miss CoD4. IMO the best COD before all of the sequel numbering got obscured. Simple fun maps, not 50 million killstreaks. It revolutionized console FPS.
I thought MW2 was better, in terms of pure fun (AC-130 FTW) and entertainment. COD 4 is a slightly better overall game in terms of quality, significantly less broken and the maps were slightly better IMO. It's a shame both games are hacked to ****, or else I'd still be playing them.
