Not a big fan of Gordon especially that high. There's a half dozen backs with better upside IMO. Gordon reminds me far too much of Ron Dayne or Montee Ball.
If the staff truly wants four or five contributors from the draft, Gordon is a sure thing. And this mock drafts a few others.
I don't view him as a sure thing; quite the opposite actually. I know he will go top 40 but that's just someone drafting a player I think will completely flop as a starting pro rb. I don't like his running style, it's stiff and very little wiggle. Every time I see a mock with us taking Gordon I throw up a little
Bold statement. I wouldn't draft him either because I think Lamar Miller can handle more than 13 carries a game.
