I'd pick ... neither. Give me Nick Fairley over either of them at this point. He comes with injury concerns but he's got less wear on the tires and will be significantly cheaper than Suh. If I'm going to make a risk, I want to minimize it and Fairly gives us the best chance to do that, and arguably offers more upside than either.
I wish one of our developmental tackles could make an impact, I'm tired of having to go out and get others.. maybe Hickey can improve this terrible dilemma in this franchise.
I don't know if I'd say that Nick Fairley has higher upside than either, but I think he's got significant upside that he hasn't hit yet. He's a higher risk than either of them, but you might get a dominant player more cheaply if you play your cards right.
I don't want Suh if it takes the J.J. Watt contract or even more to get him. He's not worth that. I'll take him for Gerald McCoy money.
Cant see paying Suh $25 million a year. Although, listening to Jon Gruden this morning and he said Suh makes the same difference for a team that Reggie White did.
