    sleep nah, shower???

seriously, for all these players to watch all their different styles of training and nutrition, the processes connected to those hi level regimens, the trips that they make all over the world, the life experiences in and out of the facility, the GM side, the scouting side, the fantasy football side, I think it should be the next evolution of the NFL..wish I had a production company, i would go steve sabol on their ***.

With comments like this, I just picture DJ as a slightly less dangerous version of this guy.

I am hoping this is the year RT17 takes that next step to finally become a true top 10 QB.

a new 2nd receiver with hi level talent, Billy turner starting, a free agent guard acquisition, and a great co partner for miller in the backfield, will help the stat dept, but personal growth will determine everything..

but this is a training thread... this plyo work he's doing in so important, he will be 27 before the season, so important he becomes quicker in his qb movement.

Personally always thought Qb's could benefit from a Darrel Green style explosiveness workout using more soccer (hehe) style movements.

you certainly wanna do exercises that relate o the body parts and what they do the most..

ryan needs plyometrics because he's sluggish.

THill is fast, but he is not quick, I'd like to see him do that regime just to help his short area burst.

That and think it would give him a better foundation for shaking off sacks and maybe throwing deep passes

Absolutely, to be able to react physically with some burst would be useful...

I'm hoping to hear him talk about how he's gonna get all skill players together this offseason, this is now something that certain qbs are gonna find an edge, (and we have to worry about those qbs circumventing the rules)..because there's a lot of grey in this area, a lot of room to really get Work done..but you know what, I don't believe there are any rules that tell you how much you can work together...so it really comes to down to leadership and respect and whether those skill players will follow his lead.

He needs lateral movement agility and explosion, and BOSU work.

    My two cents via iPhone.

I was guessing it was a pic of Cecil Collins, when some woman woke up in the middle of the night to find Cecil in her room, just calmly staring at her. :shifty:
