The poll represents a broad spectrum answer, but it's actually a simple diagnosis. The team is not now and has not been winning consistently since Ross took over, therefore, he got a 'NO' from me...

That said, I know that it's more than just one person, but as the old adage goes, "The buck stops at Mr. Ross !!"

Eh...it's an owner, what are you going to do about it? I don't think there's a single fan-base that likes it's owner.

The real question is whether Hickey can draft well and Philbin can get us the necessary Coordinators and positional coaches.

Outside of that, maybe it's about whether Tannenbaum can acquire the right pieces if we enter a rebuild in the next few years.

I voted no because he is a new Yorker and he is using this team for only a tax wright off . if we had any sense we would boycott the games and demand that Ross sell the team . like the other posters demanded .

I said no. Ross should have fired Philbin last year, then he should have fired Philbin this year; instead he's giving him an extension.

this whole extension thing has me perplexed

If Dumbo is not careful and he gives Queasy an ext, we might just have a mass exodus of fans

but hey if your going to tear it down might as well go all the way to the bottom

Should've fired Philbin? I don't think Philbin is the answer. But to fire him after only 3 seasons is kinda funny. Rome wasn't built in a day or in three years for that matter. In the mid to late 80s Mr. Shula posted four seasons straight with 1 winning 8-7 record (with Dan Marino).

We were 3 defensive plays from an 11-5 season. That's not shabby. We finally have a QB that's putting up stats. Yup I know, even we can complete 10 yard passes in the NFL all day long. The dude was efficient.

Billacheat makes a living out of the same plays to his TE and Brady is a genius.

I think he means well and is trying everything he can. Unfortunately, from the outside it looks like he's clueless and incompetent of making a decision without consulting with 5 other people. I think success starts at the top and he has failed to put an organizational structure in place that is geared for success. He kept Ireland way too long. Then he hires Hickey, who by Ireland standards had a phenomnal offseason and then hires Tannenbaum to seemingly undercut Hickey. I don't get it at all.
