OK I know this is a stretch but I was curious to see what this guy came up with. So here it is. As usual give your thoughts on this. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/...ns-to-still-make-playoffs-20141216-story.html
Houston is not beating Baltimore with Case Keenum at QB, and Pittsburgh is likely to beat one of KC or Cincy. But it doesn't matter. Only one thing has to go against us, It ain't happening. Though I do appreciate Dave's college try
What are the chances Sparano wins enough to make Oakland keep him? I liked the fire he had, but wouldn't want him back.
The next coach of the Raiders will be Jim Harbaugh. I wish that wasn't the case, but I just think he and his wife want to stay on the west coast and the Raiders certainly are in the market for a new head coach.
With our luck everything we need to happen will, except we will lose. Also to see how big of a stretch it is...if I played a hypothetical 9 team parlay and bet $10 I'd probably make around $1000 if I won. That is how long the odds are.
As a Dolphin fan I am not as concerned with the nine step process as I am a twelve step program. The Dolphins not only make me cry they drive me to drink every December.
If they made it, this season would be the opposite of last year. This time last year, we were thinking "no one we don't make the playoffs" with two losing teams to go. This year we are thinking "no way we make the playoffs" with two games left - perhaps the script will flip. Doubtful.
