We don't need a major overhaul. We have some good pieces on defense. The offense is where we need work done.

Not sure why Hickey is on the hot seat yet.. He literally is taking over 15 years of complete and total ineptitude

Victory against a weak pats team. Two definitive losses in a row to underwhelming teams. What is there to be optimistic about?

We need a new owner, first and foremost. Unless and Until that role changes, nothing else matters to expect a different performance.

Jesus..no offense dude..but thats as realistic as saying..well we need a Hall of Fame QB first. Ross is the owner..accept it.

Could be the reality too. and Wouldn't be the first time a franchise didn't really change till a proper owner got control. Others have lived thru horrible ownerships, just like we are now. We were fortunate to have Joe Robbie once upon a time. but reality is that as long as Ross is owner, we are what we are right now, and nothing will change till we are rid of him. Cause he cant change. He wont change, doesn't know how to.

Meh, Ross is almost 75 he could die any day. I think he has all daughters and his wife is much younger with an extremely busy and successful career in jewelry design.

They will inherit billions the way it is, they may not want to be burdened with a bad football team they don't care that much about.

In fact, Stephen himself may just want to unburden himself. It's not like things have been easy and he doesn't exactly need the money. Last count I think he was worth 6 billion.

Meh... While I do like what Hickey has done... I hope Ross, or the people advising him has brains when it comes to replacing Philbin. If they have the coach they've decided they want, and he provides the ultimatum of you get rid of Hickey and get me (whoever), I sure hope they don't walk away from whomever that coach may be if they feel he's the guy. Hickey may not deserve to go, but if he has to, so be it IMO.

  18. I cant say that I really have a problem with Hickey so far. I thought he made some pretty solid moves overall. If he has to go to get an upgrade so be it but he really has not done anything that warrants him being fired

Unfortunately, we can't trade for those...unless maybe he's racist. Then LeBron will personally get us a new owner.

I agree I think we should re sign Vernon and sign at least 2 veteran guards. Cut Grimes try to restructure Wake he is not worth 9 mil any more. After that all of our draft picks should be devoted to defense with a top CB being the priority
