We know Lazor is in the meeting rooms when these Evan Mathis discussions are being discussed, birds eye view right there, I love that, I think it's a huge advantage on a tough decision.
Terrible mistake not to get Dion into the LB group. But then again, Philbin has never been a progressive coach. He more closely resembles a stick in the mud.
I think you guys are confusing what a "progressive coach" is. Philbin has done plenty different and is not a coach stuck in the old ways of doing things.
I won't jump the gun here, they'd have to be morons not to allow Jordan to cover, rover and spy in certain situations, I'm ok with the label but don't take his versatility away from him. Coyle did use him in different ways last year, so we know he knows.
After two years, I'm still not 100 percent sold on Joe. I want to see a fire in this team and some adjustments at half time.
Head coach of the Miami Dolphins will never win all the fans over. We need an offensive minded coach......Cameron Sucks. We need a players coach......Sparano sucks......we need someone who comes from a good pedigree that will go for it on 4th down, and play to win, go for their throat..........nevermind, Philbin sucks. sigh.
I think we're seriously overestimating the how many coaches are good at adapting to whatever player they have as opposed to running a system.
not easy to win in that stadium, they are literally NOT playing on an even playing field relative to the other teams, need special type of players, sooner they get that the better our chances..coach and GM need to understand this and aquire the right character players.
I truly think our offense is about to be night and day different, in terms of improvement. If not, we'll be in the Malzhan Sweepstakes. Win, win.
No coach anywhere will ever win 100% of the fans over, but I think that if the team were to bring someone in next year who's won elsewhere but worn out his welcome there for whatever reason - Mike Smith and Mike Tomlin could both be guys like that if things break a certain way - then I think that the majority would be behind them.
Until the first loss of their initial season. At which point we shall turn on him and decry him as a failure. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
