Shazier didn't run the 40. I live North of Columbus and still don't know why he didn't. 42" vert and 10'10" broad jump tells me he can run a nice 40.
Khalil Mack put up 4.53 at his pro day. Ford from Clemson put up numbers very close to what Clowney did.
Shazier 4.37 in the 40. Wowzer. DJ will love the photo of him. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/03/07/ryan-shazier-blazes-at-osu-pro-day/
"Carlos Hyde: RB: Hyde (6-0, 234 pounds) kept everything from the combine. He pulled up with an injury when he ran the 40 at the combine and wasn’t ready to run today, but he’ll do that March 26 (location TBD). Hyde looked outstanding today in his position drills as a running back, and was especially impressive catching the ball." I like this. I would love to have him. Probably be there at 19 but not sure he is worth it.
