Almost painful for Bayless. Almost.
This guy is a damn clown. These 2 weeks are going to be brutal having to listen to him run his mouth.
While I totally agree with you on Sherman...ESPN and a lot of others are going to shove him down our throats for the next two weeks. Going to look like the WWE during these press conferences and media days
I like Sherman, think he's gone overboard a little the last couple days, but thoroughly enjoyed Bayless put in his place.
Lol. I don't get why people hate skip bayless so much. I thought it was kinda fraud of Stephan A for not standing up for skip.
Yep..it's EVERYONE else and not Sherman...lol
Skip deserved that. Sherman talks. Every great Cb does. He's destroyed pff's rankings for a few years and he is a great cb. Good for Sherman. Why should he change what works for him? It may be classless in the eyes of some but as long as he backs it up...I dont like when players talk and can't back it up. But if they can back it up it makes it so much fun to watch.
if you can't recognize when a player is intentionally setting out to get in other players' heads, which he does QUITE well. It's all show. The guy is smarter than 4 Situation Juniors put together. He's not a Stanford communications grad for nothing, and he knows how to use it to his advantage on the field. All of it helps personify Seattle's vaunted defense and its feared Legion of Boom secondary. I'd love to see your reaction if he were a Dolphin, tearing up opposing receivers on the field and giving back greatly to the community off it.
of course anyone who's already jumped to forming a negative opinion of him will skip watching this video...... but the rest of us less judgmental and more objective minds can still enjoy it. Good stuff. It's easy to see why their secondary is so outstanding and why guys like Byron Maxwell can step right in without missing a beat when he's got Sherman leading by example. I'm guessing playing corner or safety in Seattle is more than just playing in any ole NFL secondary. I bet they take it personally, carry great pride in maintaining their LOB persona, and work extra hard to make sure it stays that way.
Slow down slim, I like Sherman...always have. Would LOVE him to be a Dolphin. But I'm not going to pretend its Crabtree's fault or Crabtree started it, or that this was a "singular incident". I'm pro Sherman, you just have a man crush on Richard.
That thing with Sherman and Crab started over a charity event when apparently Crabtree wanted to fight Sherman.... Hey I love this, good for RS.....I personally am sick and tired of the lovefest amongst all athletes in all sports....it is sicking..... And for people on here to dislike RS, why? The kid graduated HS at a 4.0 and went to some small school called STANFORD where he got a 3.9 while lettering and now is the best corner in the game. He is a winner in the game of life and Miami fans myself included would die to have him on the team...
I like Sherman for the same reason I liked the Lip from Louisville, Cassius Clay. I'll be surprised if Sherman doesn't go into entertainment or politics after football. He's a great showman.
I don't get the hate on Sherman yet people here still talk about the moment when Bryan Cox put his middle finger up to the Bills' and their fans. Subjective hypocrisy.
Agreed with you on this one. I don't think Sherman is a bad guy, just plays with a chip on his shoulder. There are some other videos on YouTube you can watch, especially the one with him on bourbon street. Totally different guy than what we saw Sun night. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fi_ly7HTSzk Heck, I wish he played for the Fins.
Information: Crabtree was on crutches at the time after surgery. Only Sherman's brother has brought up this story so far btw. Sent from my GT-P3110 using Tapatalk
You guys are all missing the point. The point was to enjoy Skip Bayless get tortured on TV while Stephen A just sat there and didn't even stop it lol.
2:10 and on. Also, I read this was a few days ago but seeing it is from earlier last year. Getting a lot of play right now I guess, due to his recent antics. It was two douches (and I like Sherman but know who he is) beating up on each other but one was clearly outmatched.
Seems like a down to earth guy to me in this video, most guys would have snapped especially with the steroid **** they were saying to his face: So he got worked up after the game and showed emotion after making a huge play to get to the Super Bowl, big deal. Even he admits taking it too far and apologized to his teammates for it.
http://sports.yahoo.com/news/here-s...nse-to-being-called-a-thug-233112814-nfl.html Great article in a calm, reasoned voice. And absolutely spot-on.
Funny thing, I'm actually rooting for the Seahawks now because of Sherman.. Love his intensity and love of the game.. Incredible, in the ESPN vid he talks about tipping the ball to create an INT and that is EXACTLY what he did to seal the NFC Championship.
I think 95% of the time, Sherman is cool. I like him. I like watching him play, I kind of enjoy his confidence. But when he belittles fellow players it goes too far. Chad Johnson trash talked by sending funny gifts to his opponents. Sherman calls out Roddy White and says he's not even a challenge. By all accounts Roddy White is a good guy. That's just plain douchey.
