Chick Harris. Why has nobody given this guy a shot at OC? I never even hear his name being considered. He's brought up all these 1000 yard rushers (Domanick Williams, Foster, Slayton) Heck even Ben Tate is nasty..

He's done a good job, but I'm not sure it really involves a lot of innovation or is that an impressive thing to teach well. Alex Gibbs set up a scheme and system of teaching that I think works quite well so long as you commit to it and do a decent job.

I think you also worry about how much experience he has in the passing game

rb coaches are the 'low man' in the coaching ranks. they usually would become promoted to either wr coach or qb coach before even being considered for o-coordinator jobs. this not only goes for nfl, but even college and high school ranks.

It's a passing league. We want to look at guys who bring along stud QBs and stud WRs.

I'd take their OL coach John Benton over Turner though....if we hire Kubiak I'm sure he'll request his long-time OL coach be brought aboard too.

Just read that article on Arian Foster, jeez that guy has come off as a major douchebag the past few months, first the taco bell thing from his alma matter and now this. What's with Houston guys begging women to abort?

Oh I'd love to hire Kirksey the WR coach, his resume speaks for itself, wouldn't be against bringing in Chick Harris too, or Bobby Turner who Jay Gruden chose not to retain in Washington, he's been by Mike Shanahan's side for almost 20 years, helped to turn many no-name RBs into productive players in this scheme.

Yeah, I guess I'm thinking back to when he signed that big deal. Just seemed very sincere. Guess the $$ just amplified his issues.
