Shane Skov about to play, media reports says he spoke to the team before the game last year and again this year....lets see how his play and the team responds..

We need a returner/ receiver in a bad way and an identity on this team..leaders..

Curious to see how Skov plays after speaking to his team.

I don't think there's any indication that Montgomery is going to declare. This is going to be an extremely deep WR class with a lot of underclassmen coming out and I think he'd be foolish to do so with the class this is going to be.

It's really a thread to see if the overall game of Skov is on par with the aura and intangibles...I think he is a target for a team that needs the identity he brings to the table, but don't wanna pay too much if the game doesn't match the aura ya know..

I love how Ty Mont sees the field when he's running..hope he comes out, but your right, haven't seen any clues yet..

Nobody from Stanford is worth drafting.

Shayne Skov can play for my team any day. I liked Stepfan Taylor more than I do Tyler Gaffney, but he'd be an interesting mid to late round addition. But if I'm picking between the two, give me Skov.

I had Gaffney mixed up with Montgomery. I like Montgomery.

Most lists I've seen have Yankey as the best guard in this draft, or at least top 5. What's your take on him?

Speaking of linebackers, anyone else a Chris Borland fan? Reminds me of Zach Thomas.

Overall he maybe the best guard in the draft. I don't see enough of a difference maker for where he is ranked.

This doesn't jive with your claim that no one from Stanford is worth drafting this year.

OK, hypothetically, I'd consider him in the 5-6th round.

So if he's the best guard in the draft and you'd draft him in the 5th, does that mean no guard is worth more than a 5th?

Yes, obviously. If I thought he is the best guard, and if I would not draft him before 5th, then no guard is worth more than a 5th.

I think our battered QB may object to that philosophy :shifty:.

I like several of the Michigan State defenders!

They played some killer D today. Basically stomped the Stanford offense in the turf. Their O only scored 10 points.
