I really feel for Philbin, people say he is a standup guy, I am not trying to kick him when he is down. But in all my years of playing sports all my coaches said was even in defeat "keep your head up high" How are the players going to follow what our Leader, Coach Philbin when he looks so defeated.

Fin, I hear what your saying. Philbin is the HC, he needs to know these young players look to him to lead and guide them when the shat hits the fan. Now if he blowing chunks or passing gas then thats ok...
Joe Philbin seems like a really great guy. I think he'd be great for any organization. You need those kind of people. However, he's not fit for the capacity of Head Coach - not for the Miami Dolphins.
