Always the best. Philbin may not be the most charismatic but his message gets through, and that's all that matters.
Like I said In the Cote thread. At halftime, Philbin asking the players if we want to be an average team or a great team.. that's whats up man... that's the mentality and tone they need...us against the world killer instinct. .. love our hc more every week.
Yup, he was a bit more animated for this one. The theme i keep seeing is respect for the men in the locker room. Good stuff
I'll tell you want, I've been watching some other coaches doing the same speech...I'd take Philbin over John fox, mike McCoy, those guys are brutal.
I like how he's been preaching that who we play is irrelevant, because we are good enough to win against anybody.
