No problem. I've got some vacation time coming up so hopefully I can keep this maintained until the final list comes out. Is the declaration date still January 15th? *Edit - January 15th is the cutoff date for underclassmen to declare. Should be easy enough for me to remember as it's also my birthday.
RB Adam Muema of San Diego State tweeted that he would declare RB Jerome Smith of Syracuse is planning to declare Not definitive but Bridgewater tweeted out subtle reference that he'll be entering the draft
California TE/WR Richard Rodgers has entered the draft. USC Center Marcus Martin has entered the draft.
Add Utah TE Jake Murphy to the list of guys coming out. He's 25 years old so it's not that surprising.
I'm gonna watch this case and dudes behavior in interviews real closely...I want him so bad to be a good boy.. Football wise, my favorite player in the draft.
**** yeah...Jace Amaro is going to enter the draft, announced tonight. There were some rumors he might stay, but I'm glad he'll be coming out. Also it's been pretty widely reported that Mike Evans and Johnny Manziel will enter the draft. (https://twitter.com/Gil_Brandt/status/417682738615820288)
Based on football skills..he's one of the blue chip players in this draft..if his head was on right he's a top ten pick imo.
Johnny Manziel and Mike Evans have both declared, picked the same agent, and decided they want to work out together for the draft. Also BRETT HUNDLEY just came out. That one was a surprise. He could go 1st round.
My favorite WR (not necessarily who I think is the best) in the Draft has declared: Allen Robinson, WR, PSU Also, WR Brandin Cooks from Oregon State is going pro.
One of the most ignorant comments I've seen on Johnny was in Curt Fennel's email group. Some dude said Johnny is Tim Tebow 2.0. How could anyone watch both of them throw the ball and say that? IMO, he is going to be a much better pro QB than Tannehill.
So would you take him over Tannehill? Or did you mean better than Tebow? I can't decide. I'm actually quite happy with Ryan, but I'm a big Johnny fan. Loved watching him the last two years. Not many QBs can make something out of nothing.
They are both dangerous runners. Tebow is much bigger and stronger. But he throws like Joe Kapp. Manziel has good throwing motion and very good accuracy. His concern is being able to take the pounding at the pro level. If Tebow could throw like Manziel, he'd be still starting in the NFL.
He is definitely better than TT, because he can actually throw the ball with accuracy. I wish RT had the touch on deep throws that Johnny does. Blasphemy to some Dolphins fans, but I'd take Manziel over RT. I don't care if anyone else agrees with me or not.
I'm shocked Hundley is declaring... Really if he waited one more season... he would have been guaranteed a Top 15 selection... So many quarterbacks this draft we would be stupid not to pick one in day 2 or 3. Too many question marks on Tannehill for us not to bring competition.
Sammy Watkins going to declare in the next 24-36 hours according to a report. I'd just go ahead and put him down.
He's better than Tebow no doubt but I think you are over valuing his passing ability. I haven't been impressed with his arm strength in terms of velocity or ability to make NFL throws against an NFL defense. In the right sytem he might be pretty good. Eagles for example. He has a nice deep ball, his arm is fine there because he doesn't need to throw a rope.
There is another Tim Tebow in college right now that many have probably never heard of. I think he happens to have better potential as a passer than Tebow, but he plays the same way as Tebow does, is a great guy off the field, and is the type of leader Tebow was at Florida. He just happens to play for Tebow's offensive coordinator as well. Dak Prescott
