Getting shut out in the 2nd Half? Cant stop them on a 4th and 10?, Kicking FGs instead of scoring TDs?, And no talent at the RB position, both guys "Tap Dancing" and running sideways and backwards?..........C'mon man!
Part of the problem is coaching, but the real problem with this team is the overall lack of talent throughout the roster. That falls directly on Ireland and that is why he needs to be gone, ASAP.
It's not a talent problem when they've been competitive with, or outright dominated a lot of playoff/wildcard race teams and then fallen apart late in the game. They've got holes, but they should be much less problematic than they are in practice. Ireland deserves to be fired for an accumulation of things, but an overall lack of talent isn't it, and whatever talent issues pale in comparison to coaching issues.
