To talk seriously about this - I think this demonstrates that Richie thought what he was doing was ok. And putting something like this out there in the public eye maybe shows he thought Martin was ok with it too. Often times the guys doing stuff like this don't realize the effect the behavior is having on their target. They think, "I'm just having fun". Target thinks, "This is ruining my life." I think this is a classic case of 2 polar opposite personalities clashing. Don't mistake this for defense of Incognito. He really needed to be more perceptive in all this, and race should have never been a factor.
