The kid has the genetics, you can tell by the wrists, ankles and knees, he's going to be powerful, nice length on his arms, good density..I would have him start to learn his stance now, let him find his most comfortable crouch, line up some dummy clowns and teach him to explode off the ball..

Start the diet early, keep that protein high, but don't let him put on a lot of bad fat.
