For what they're worth, most have us down but several have comments about the loss being against the Saints on MNF and not to panic (as if anyone would do that...)

ESPN has us staying put at #7, Prisco has us down 3 at #8, Kirwan down 4 at #10, Harrison at NFL.com down 1 at #8 and Matt Miller (who has the 1-3 Falcons at #8 :confused2:) at B/R has us staying the same at #11. I see this week's ranking as being a bit more reflective of where we are than some of last week's lofty positions. I'm sure a loss to the Ravens on Sunday will see us plummet a fair bit more in a few of them though.

sounds about right. This team needs to put Monday night past them and get it together to beat Baltimore. That's a must win game IMO.

Right. Because they know if the Dolphins would have beaten the Saints on Monday Night in New Orleans, it really would have been a shock-the-world type of win. No one out there (except Sterling Sharpe!!!) had the Dolphins winning down in The Big Easy.

And very few would have had any other team winning down there (maybe Denver...). If no other teams would likely have won in NOLA, either, why kill the Dolphins in the rankings?

Of course, you lose two in a row... you'll see a plummet.

I'd still put us in top 10, prolly # 9 or 10 or so. No need to panic. The MNF woulda been a tough, if not improbable win for any team rolling in there. Out of conference loss, it's not a big deal. We are 3-1 for cripes sakes. Lots didn't have us pegged for our 3rd win til most likely the half point of the season. We are still sitting pretty. I do agree the Baltimore game is a biggie, so tighten it up, get hungry and go get it!

    This actually sounds about fair.

I am not sure we are really a top 10 team yet. Now NEXT YEAR, I do expect us to be real close to a 'for real' threat...........IF.......we fix the stinkin OL.

Clabo..... is why you sign guys to one year contracts. FAIL

Grimes.... is why you sign guys to long term contracts. WIN
