    Net worth does not equal liquidity. Ross most assuredly would need to go into debt to fund the stadium. Even if he could afford it cash, leverage is still a thing.

    I think Stringer brought it up but NFL rules limit the amount of debt that teams can acquire.

    Hands are tied and partisan politics is the least helpful thing right now.
