    Added this b/c I had not heard that lack of sleep leads to lower levels of testosterone.

    I am big time sleep interrupted. Not sure if thats the same as sleep deprived. But we're up anywhere from 1 to 5 times a night with the kids, bathroom breaks, etc...

    :dunno: Sethdaddy, all I really "know" about sleep is REM state does not last the full time when one is sleeping, if that state is reached sometime during that interruption period it should/could suffice.

    I liked the article's advice about almonds and walnuts etc, to me they are really unappreciated as a food group.

    And I mean the roasted ones, the unroasted versions taste greasy to me.
