BEST OF CATEGORIES Team on the Rise NYJ (Schisno) Team Built for Now Baltimore (Silverphin) Free Agent Steal of the Year Draft Steal of the Year AJ Jenkins (rd 6...forget who got him but holy crap nicely done!) Trade of the Year - NYG acquiring Haloti Ngata... Giants send: DL Chris Canty $6,000,000 + 3.96 for Ravens send: DL Haloti Ngata $2,900,000 + 6.189 Best in Trades - NYJ (Schisno) Best in Free Agency - Colts (GIK) Best in Draft - Ravens (Silverphin...loved what he did) Feud of the Year - Everyone vs the Jets for his FA tactics Most Improved GM - Finsbuck (Cincy...maybe I just didnt notice how good he was last year but he did well this year) Rookie GM of the Year (only first year GMs are eligible) ToddsPhins (Barfalo) Best Offense - Pats (Skeet) Best Defense - Baltimore (Silverphin) Best Offensive Weapons (RB/WR/TE) (Skeet-Pats) Best Offensive Line - Cleveland (VO) and Jets (Schisno) Best Front Seven - Baltimore (Silverphin...repetitive with best D imo) and JMHPhin (GB) Best Secondary - Jets (Schisno)
BEST OF CATEGORIES Team on the Rise Tennessee Titans - Paul 13 To be fair Paul didn't get as much lead time as most of us, but the Titans last year almost made the playoffs and I think there was enough improvements built through the draft and limited FA for this team to continue in the right direction. Key players include Reuben Randle and Dre Kirkpatricl, also Kirk Cousins as the future backup. Team Built for Now Washington Redskins - Anonymous This is the definition of a win now team with key positions manned by veterans. Tom Brady has a few seasons left and Matt Birk is damn near ancient. So they better start winning this season because that is one small window. Free Agent Steal of the Year LeDarius Webb $2,500,000 + #18 overall Oakland Raiders - Machiavelli CBs in our league our costly and knowing that it was a deep class this year, but the drop off in talent Webb is perfect value here in terms of salary and if he came out where he is in terms of talent is worth #18. Draft Steal of the Year Matt Kalil #7 Overall Kansas City Chiefs - TractorTraylor A cornerstone tackle taken later than he should have gone. Trade of the Year 2nd Round Pick, Jarrett Dillard for Peyton Manning Jacksonville Jaguars - Bdogtitan11 and Indianapolis Colts - GridIronKing34 Best in Trades New York Giants - UCFinfan86 I liked his moves in getting Joe Staley, and landing a franchise DT in Ngata. Best in Free Agency Cincinnati Bengals - finsbuck719 He had the money and made key signings for Brent Grimes, Carl Nicks and Chad Rineart is good too, even if his marquee names were overpaid but that's free agency. With Colston and Calais Campbell getting 16 mill each I won't penalize him for their contracts. Best in Draft Dallas Cowboys - Stringer Bell He unearthed some steals late, and really brought in a solid draft class regardless of where players were draft in the NFL draft. Feud of the Year Free Agency Rule Battle GridIronKing34 vs Boik14/BuckeyeKing - GiK defending his rules against an uprising of epic proportions, kind of. Most Improved GM St Louis Rams - Fin-Omenal He didn't draft Gabbert over Newton this year, most of his moves were solid. Rookie GM of the Year (only first year GMs are eligible) Jacksonville Jaguars - Bdogtitan11 Kid made the move to get Peyton and was active from the get go, I'll give him a solid nod. Best Offense Pittsburgh Steelers - Boik14 Best Defense Buffalo Bills - Toddsphins Key players: Von Miller + Patrick Willis Best Offensive Weapons (RB/WR/TE) Cleveland Browns - Venfeful Odin RB - Darren McFadden WR - Larry Fitzgerald/Jordy Nelson TE - Tim Tebow Best Offensive Line Pittsburgh Steelers - Boik14 Best Front Seven New York Giants - UCFinfan86 Best Secondary Oakland Raiders - Machiavelli
Never thought Id get a best of nomination at OL before secondary where im sporting good CB's and excellent safeties (Polamalu and Griffin)...thanks though!

BEST OF CATEGORIES Team on the Rise Indianapolis Colts Team Built for Now Jacksonville Free Agent Steal of the Year Rasheen Mathis- Buccaneers Draft Steal of the Year Mark Barron- Titans Trade of the Year Texans/Eagles Andre Johnson deal Best in Trades Jacksonville Best in Free Agency Tampa Bay Best in Draft Ravens Feud of the Year Todd vs Mod Most Improved GM Skeet Rookie GM of the Year (only first year GMs are eligible) Jacksonville by a hair Best Offense Eagles Best Defense Patriots Best Offensive Weapons (RB/WR/TE) Eagles Best Offensive Line Patriots Best Front Seven Bills Best Secondary Eagles
Team on the Rise- Tennessee Titans (Masterful job in a short period of time for Titans to acquire tons of young talent to build around. Well played.) Team Built for Now- Green Bay Packers (Lots of good options here, but additions on defense really set the Cheeseheads apart) Free Agent Steal of the Year – Pittsburgh Steelers, Dwight Lowery (League minimum for a versatile starting safety. I let him slip through my fingers, the one regret of this league for me. Props) Draft Steal of the Year – Mark Barron, Tennessee Titans Trade of the Year - Cleveland sends DL Athaya Rubin and DL Jabaal Sheard to Packers for 5th rd pick #156 (Nogta trade was close, but Packers got two real good DL starters for barely anything, hell of a deal) Best in Trades –New York Giants (Nogta trade was obviously great, but I think Giants did a solid job addressing needs, getting value in every trade. No lopsided losses either.) Best in Free Agency – Kansas City Chiefs (Not many blockbusters, but good value overall to fill out the roster.) Best in Draft - Baltimore Ravens (Some mid-round picks hurt him some, but value atop the board was phenomenal…I thought Kansas City was real close here too, as well as Titans) Feud of the Year – PSG Denver Broncos trying to sign Chip Kelly for around $100 million Most Improved GM – NA (this is my first year, so I really can’t say) Rookie GM of the Year (only first year GMs are eligible) – ToddPhins, Buffalo Bills (we made a couple deals together and I always thought he maximized his assets) Best Offense – Eagles (tough call, but those WRs and RBs are good. Weeden should be just fine with the help around him) Best Defense – Giants ( DL somehow got better, LBs improved drastically and DBs are solid) Best Offensive Weapons (RB/WR/TE) – Eagles (Johnson, Jackson, McCoy are great. Lost Celek but did a good job replacing him with various pieces.) Best Offensive Line – Kansas City Chiefs (Bookend tackles, plus you got solid guards in Lilja and Asomoah). Best Front Seven – Buffalo Bills (Youth and experience will create havoc. Awesome 3-4 front.) Best Secondary – Oakland Raiders (CBs, Ss are both stellar)
