It takes me three to four weeks to get an appointment with ortho to check out any injuries. I feel like I've got sports hernia I've looked up the symptoms and I'm not sure. Anyone had it before?

I have not had one but am aware of the circumstances. A Hernia involves a tear in the inner abdominal wall and will feel like a lump. It should feel more localized than a muscle pull. It is dangerous if it twists. Get it checked!!!

I'm just completely getting over a pulled groin and that was 6 months ago. I thought it was hernia too but I had it checked out and it was just pulled really bad, kind of in two places so that made it worse. Plus I set it back initially by stretching too soon.

Really couldn't tell you if I think it's hernia without all your symptoms. I think there's like 6-7 different kinds of hernia.
