Sad news. Jetssuck passed away today at 2pm. Being the great Dolphins fan that he was he waited for draft day to do it. Somehow fitting. He was with his family at the time and I hope he was comforted by all the love his friends and family had for him. I'll personally miss his humor and the hours we would talk on the phone about the Dolphins, life and bull****. Never got to meet him and I'm sorry for that fact since I truly felt like I could call him a great friend even though I never met him face to face. Welcome to the 21st century I guess. I'll miss you JS. The world's a slightly ****tier place since you left it. Hope you're enjoying your time up there and I hope you're giving em some hell. Thought I would add his last post since it speaks directly to his character " I made it to 50 years old, have had an amazing family saw man first walk on the moon and saw the Dolphins win 2 Super Bowls, myself being present for 5 home games during the undefeated season. So don't be feeling sorry for me, up until this past year, life has been pretty good to me. I've been 'jetssuck' or 'JS' on forums since the late 90's and have made a lot of friends, I wish a good life and good luck to you all. And keep demanding more from the Dolphins, don't settle for anything less than returning that team to being a legitimate contender. Take care fellas, it's been fun. "
rip jetssuck. You will be missed. You were my friend, and though we argued, a lot, it always meant a lot to me, we never forgot we were friends first. I'll miss you my brother from another mother.
Extremely sad to hear. I don't want to fist pump the post because of its content....but thank you for breaking us the terrible news.
Eternal rest grant unto him, Oh Lord. May perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. We may not always agree as Dolfans with each other but JS brought us together. God bless you brother and give you your eternal reward.
his brother called me. sounds just like him too. thought it was JS at first. he sounded ok. guess the family was kind of prepared for this. they will try to have some kind of wake/event for him in a couple of weeks. i think a fishing outing maybe. js liked to fish lol
yeah he did. Think he used to take his neighbors kids too. He was a good man.................. He was my friend.
I'm still in awe that he could look back at his life and say "I had a good run". Not alot of people can do that. Not alot of people have a chance to.
Man, this is so sad! I am going to miss seeing him on the boards. I loved his passion for the Dolphins and the game. Rip friend
Cool, thanks for the update as unfortunate as it may be. Maybe you should refer the family to the thread here and in the lounge as they may be happy to see that JS was a part of a great community here and had a lot of friends
RIP and Gods Peace to his family. Sounds like he was a good man. Its rare these days anyone admits they have had a good life. Very sad I will no longer see his posts on the forum.
