With the aquisition of the Pacman, Dallas likely will take Jones with their first pick, and look to deal the second. Atlanta, KC, Baltimore are teams that could look to move ahead of Miami at 32 for a QB.
Which is what Ireland/Parcells is looking for IMO. That's why the rumors Miami is moving up for a QB are there for. Make someone jump up before 32 and take a QB. Leaves players like Groves, Campbell, etc. for Miami to pick.
