The first is OG Jake Scott:
-MD websiteScott graded out as one of the top pass-blocking guards by Pro Football Focus, and has started 124 consecutive games in four years with the Titans. He would provide an immediate upgrade over 2011 starters Vernon Carey and Richie Incognito in Miami. His only other known visit this offseason was with the Cardinals.
The second is LB Philip Wheeler:
- La CrapolaA third-round pick in the 2008 draft, Wheeler is an effective strong-side linebacker and has flown under the radar a bit this spring. He could push hard for a starting job in Miami.
*FreeStyle posted about Wheeler earlier in another thread, but I figured everyone would want to see it. Personally I like both of these potential signings a lot if they happen. Wheeler especially has shown consistent improvement and could be a real steal.
