    Hey Jeff Ireland,
Well it appears you look bad yet again. This just in and yes It's all over PFT and Rotoworld. Cleveland Browns aren't pursuing Flynn. So we will big against ourselves to drive the price up. Way to go Jeff and FRONT OFFICE....

Can you guys PLEASE get a few things right? I do know a lot of us fans are unemployed, who do we send our resumes too for GM jobs with Miami???

Cleveland not wanting Flynn means we're driving the price up on Flynn?

Last I heard they were to exchange contract parameters... Where in the name of pluperfect purgatory did you get the idea they were in a bidding war..... fertile imagination or overhyped anxiety?

Do you also use the National Enquirer as your main news source?

Or do you just like to blame Ireland because you have nothing else to do? How do you know the sources telling Rotoworld or PFT don't have their own agenda? Or that these two gossip sites are engaging in the same behavior they always engage is, which is to throw ideas around and hope that 5% of them wind up being right.

I would think that teams involved in acquiring any player would know who the other teams are after said player, regardless of who may be reporting what. I think this would fall under the "even a blind squirrel finds a nut" saying in the WORST possible case scenario, completely independent of who the team and GM is.

Wait... why is this a bad thing? Who says we are actually going to bid against ourselves? lol

If we are the only ones in it... thats a GOOD thing.

They need to add a face palm option next to the fist pump option.

If this one thing we have learned from recent weeks is that you cant believe what you read .Teams are getting better at preventing leaks so most of what you read is speculation.

Even if the Browns were interested we would probably not hear of it.

I think teams are also getting good at leaking out disinformation as well, taking advantage of twitter and the way news travels and how people have become reliant on it.

Per Schefter, Flynn is visiting Seattle tomorrow and Friday.

    Henne is there today.

    What a weird thread.

Anyhow, remember when it was confirmed that Harbaugh was the new Dolphins coach? What happend with that? Now the same people are telling us that Miami is out of the running for Manning and getting hot and heavy with Flynn and some still take their words at gospel?

At this point I just assume the opposite of what the media writes about the Dolphins will happen. So, Manning will be a Dolphin.

    or not

Some people just want to smear the name of anyone who runs the front office. Right now their target is on Ireland.

Congratulations for winning the most useless thread of the year award. here's an idea: how about we stop starting dumb threads every time someone in the NFL farts a piece of news and then desperately trying to find a way to tie it into "Ireland sucks!".

That's a good bidding war to be in wish it were true that would make for one very good bargin at QB competition.

Does this mean that Ireland has an alternate personality and therefore he is bidding against himself.
    Lets see;
Ireland #1 to Flynn's agent: I will offer him a $15 million contract.
Ireland #2 to Flynn's agent: Wait a minute did he just offer you $15 Million, well I will offer you $20 million.
Flynn's agent - waiting for a counter offer from Ireland #1?
