As much as I'd love to quit my job and devote my entire life playing catch up to these guys who have been involved with the NFL most of their professional lives, I don't have that luxury.
So, I guess I'm a sheep. Even though I know I'm not qualified, I enjoy speculating on who might be the best options at coach / gm / QB / etc. And that's all any of us fans do. Any of you who think you're doing differently are either a. kidding yourselves; or b. very generous to spend your time educating the rest of us fans while depriving the NFL of your valuable and professional insight.
Don't get me wrong, Paul. It's ok to call out fans who make stupid statements. And all of us say stupid things over the course of thousands of posts. But to suggest a fan can't criticize a team without having professional knowledge of who their replacement should be is a little unrealistic, in my humble opinion.
