Dolphins: Payton believes in Sparano The News New Orleans head coach Sean Payton believes Tony Sparano is well prepared to be the head coach of the Miami Dolphins, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. "The reason he'll do well is because the players will trust what he's trying to tell them, and they'll buy into what he's telling them," Payton said. "His ability to communicate has always been one of his strong suits. He's very honest with them. There's no hidden agendas with him." Plus, Sparano has an advantage; the opportunity to simply walk down the hall to seek Parcells' counsel." Well its nice to hear this, but we can't take this as he is going to be our savior. But in my opinion, I think he will good. He'll have better game management then Cameron, possibly a better game plan.
It will be interesting to compare his first year with Cam's. Being an offensive line guru may help improve on the one area we have been hurting on for quite a few years now.
