Guy on the Red Sox this year hit a Grand Slam at his first at bat in the big leagues. When i first saw this I was like there is no way Mike Stanton is still playing baseball, i was thinking of an Old Yankee pitcher. Good for him though!

He should be playing for the Braves to make up for the original Mike Stanton.....

disgustingly the marlins got stanton in round 2.....they passed on jason heyward for matt dominguez in round 1 :pity:

could you imagine hanley, heyward, stanton, josh johnson, uggla, cantu, coughlan, maybin for your core nucleus?

True. But, he's no Jayson Heyward. It's a moot point, though. Heyward refused to play for any team besides Atlanta.

Where do I remember another Marlins #27 hitting a grandslam as his first HR?
