OK fellas, seems that we may have some members that can’t make the Cincy game due to the Halloween holiday. That is perfectly understandable and I am willing to offer up other alternatives.

I am creating this poll to get an idea of which away game will best suit the majority of those that want to travel and play. Below is a list of ALL of our away games and I have added a few comments to some of them to give you an idea of what we can expect if we choose a couple of them.

Sun., Sept. 12 --- Buffalo Bills
Need to contact their fan base to get a team to play.

Sun., Sept. 19 --- Minnesota Vikings
Need to contact their fan base to get a team to play.

Sun., Oct. 17 --- Green Bay Packers
Their stadium is always sold out. Getting tickets may be difficult and expensive. Also, need to contact their fan base to get a team to play.

Sun., Oct. 31 --- Cincinnati Bengals
Game falls on Halloween and those that have children and/or other plans can’t make it. Many of the original C2C members fall into this category.

Sun., Nov. 7 --- Baltimore Ravens
I live approximately 50 miles from the stadium and could very easily get tickets and a team to play against.

Sun., Nov. 28 --- Oakland Raiders
This game falls on Thanksgiving weekend. There is the family factor and the fact that getting flights and hotel will be expensive as it is a major holiday weekend. Also, need to contact their fan base to get a team to play.

Sun., Dec. 12 --- New York Jets
We have done this one once already. But we can get cheap hotel rooms and Miami Mike ALWAYS takes good care of us. The only problem here is getting a team to play us. The last time the team dropped out on us after we booked everything.

Sun., Jan. 2 --- New England Patriots
Need to contact their fan base to get a team to play.

Last, but not least is doing a home game. We haven’t done a home game before but our initial/Maiden voyage was in Ft. Lauderdale and we had a great time. We would probably end up playing other FinFans but maybe we could get a game together against the OTHER site!!!

The poll is set up for multiple choices.

Choose as many as you could make and play in. The winning selection will decide where we go. If it is a home game, I will create another poll to see which game it will be that we attend.

I will leave the poll open for 3 weeks so please tell everyone about it AND PLEASE DO NOT VOTE if you do not plan to participate!

I could try, I don't know a ton of people who play though unfortunately. Could maybe set up a game with an opposing flag football team.

Kids are welcome at our event. The day before, I've also gotten group rates for the aquarium there which might be good to take the kids to. If there's alot of kids coming, maybe I can set up something with the hotel for a trick or treat. They will be welcome at our party too. We are having costume contests, and if there are a bunch of kids, we'll get a kids costume contest going as well.

I'm not sure if you guys were planning on bringing the entire family or not, but maybe you could go to the game, and I could get group rates for Kings Island on Sunday so the family could go there if they wouldnt be going to the game. That combined with the aquarium and the costume party would be an awesome weekend for the entire family.

Not to mention Kings Island has MANY halloween events for kids, it is approx 30min from the stadium.

This could easily fall into a family vacation thing, for those who need some extra ammo for persuasuion.

I'd love to play, but a very bad knee, combined with 20 years of smoking says that I can't. lol Let me know if you want me to see about a place to have the game for you.
