http://www.adhdproductions.com/UP NEXT.htm Check out my bio. I gave ThePhins some love! http://www.adhdproductions.com/Steve Sykes.htm
This show is going to be a blast, and the staff plan to market it very aggressively. So I should have all kinds of links to share before all is said and done.
Very. This show has a local buzz unlike anything I've ever been in, principally because it is creating so much interest among non-theater-aficianados. Here's a rehearsal snippet: the guy singing is our Frank-n-Furter, and the weirdo bopping his head is me. http://tinyurl.com/y8rtknk
Pretty cool, Steve. Must be awesome to be a part of something like this. With that voice, you should do radio.
*rimshot* Years ago when I first arrived in Seattle and got somewhat involved in the fringe scene, I had a friend who was a part-time actor and he also made a nice little side-living doing voice work.
Well, we open tomorrow. Here's the preview article: http://www.sj-r.com/entertainment/x637608091/-Rocky-Horror-Show-lands-in-Springfield
We made YouTube. This gives you an idea of how crazy the crowds have been. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyyXnlv79qM"]YouTube - Rocky Horror Show "Sweet Transvestite" Springfield, Il Hoogland Center Oct 24,2009[/ame]
Here's a FANTASTIC 10-minute wrap-up video. Warning: some strong language. http://www.humzoo.com/Allicember/videos/19/
AWESOME Doc!!! Although watching you like the leg was just a tad creepy. Tell Magenta that she's a hottie.
Licking the leg was specific direction I received. There was quite a bit of eye candy in the production, but Magenta ranked near the top of the list, to be sure.
