Well i am not guru and have never understood much about the cap thing, but maybe someone can comment on how our cap space is now after the signings we have made? I know it is elsewhere, but might as well bring it over here and put it up.

So anyone know what shape we are in for cap space? And will we be ok if we have to pick 1st to sign a number 1 pick? thanks..t

Last I heard was 35 million but that was a while ago .. I think it was while the Pace thing was going on.

The last update I saw from Clumpy had us about $23.5 m under, but I can't recall exactly when that was...I'm pretty sure that was before Jones and Davis though...Clumpy has been around some at TP, so we'll get an update...Finfever had an update on about 3/10 too (http://www.phinfever.com/news.php) but I think Clumpy is usually closer...

I think we still have around 20 left, but I don't have as exact a number as clump will.

With the last signings it's about 16 mil under. I think at this stage we need to brake until the rookies are signed and in the corral.

Wow, 36 million under the cap next year. Obviously it will be less than that once the rookies are signed and all that, but talk about a change from past regimes. The new CBA has really helped a ton of teams.

In 2010, we are 70 million under the cap as it stands. Shopping spree that year?
