My wife is already a master of this exercise, she doesn't need the stupid weight, though. She just needs to towel off after she's done...

 

I wish that chick would shake my weight...

My guess is either Ms. South Carolina's sister or a brilliant male marketing exec who wanted to get a good laugh at the expense of women everywhere.
