Brighton Jobs??

I think I'm the only person in Brighton that posts on here...but I wanted to make a thread I guess..

I've applied at about 10 places, and I haven't even gotten a call back. Times are really tough here in Michigan.

Just like everywhere in the U.S. though, but man here in Michigan it's been pretty rough.

That's not really A-typical. Going by personal experience and conversations with others you'll be lucky to get positive feedback 13% out of the time. I sent out over 100 portfolio's and only got 5 interviews (3 in my immediate field).

I applied at Target, V.G.'s, Cio Amiches (an Italian restaurant downtown), and a few other restaurants downtown.

Ha ha, I was thinking of a different Brighton, I used to live near Brighton, England. Hope your job search is going, right now it is extremely tough out there, but keep on sending out resumes and understand that it will probably be the 100th or 300th that might be the one and don't get discouraged!
