Okay, So I am currently sitting at DFW FINALLY past security. It took me three tries to get through the stupid security walk-through screener....ends up that it was my Miami Dolphins watch setting it off. Well when the security screener saw exactly what it was, she called no less than 3 other screeners to witness what was setting it off. I then got a HEAVY dose of ridicule Anybody have thoughts on what my reply should've been? DISCLAIMER: They really were just kidding. Anybody that has ever been to Dallas knows that people are EXTREMELY friendly here
A couple comebacks off the top of my head: 1) "I had a Cowboys watch... but mysteriously I lost it in St. Louis this weekend" 2) "Just giving you guys a heads up, I heard Pacman Jones is also on this flight...might wanna get your whole staff together."
You also couldve opened your arms and told them to bring it in for a hug... While you're embracing tell them you're sorry for Thanksgiving '93...
Both of which would probably net you the benefit of having various objects inserted into your behind, which, thinking about it, is a price one has to pay when dealing with Dallas fans.
I would have just given them the 'ol one finger salute Either that or fall on the ground pretending to choke and then ask them if they recognized your Romo impression. No he didn't
Oh no no no no no I think she was upset when she saw the tattoo on my lower back that says "Exit only"
Being a Dallas fan, she probably wasn't particularly literate and just assumed it said "Come one, come all" like it does with most Dallas fans.
