Alright, I've decided on two TVs that are within my budget that I like (500-600 bucks) and I'm just curious on to what you all have to say. Both brands are Vizio being I've heard pretty good things about them, even if they're not big named like Sony and what not. I have decided between a 32" LCD screen and a 32" plasma screen, they're both similar in cost (plasma is a little bit cheaper, actually) and I know that a lot of you guys are big into gaming and all that and thought you might have some good input. Basically I'd like to know what are your thoughts between the better buy:

Since you game, I would suggest the LCD, just based off what I have read.

Also, if you have Circuit City's I would suggest perusing their open box/clearance tvs to see if anything catches your eye.

There isn't a Circuit City around here, closest one is in Des Moines, which is a good 3 hours away. However I did buy my laptop from Circuit City online, relatively pleased with their deals but I didn't see anything that caught my eye this time.

I think I've read you want a 5 ms response time or better for gaming so I'd go with the plasma.

Modern LCDs get 5ms response time at the least. Some TVs have 2ms response time. At this point, response time is no longer a negative when it comes to LCDs.

GIK, get the LCD, but make sure it has all the input plugs you need.
